Can I bring a cake or cupcakes?
Absolutely! Don't forget the candles! We will supply the paper goods and
Can I decorate for the birthday party?
Decorations are allowed, but please no confetti, glitter, silly string or
candles (other than for the cake). Decorations are not allowed to be put on any
walls. Tabletop decorations and weighted balloons are permitted.
How long do Game Cards last?
The games in the Arcade require a Power Card with mag stripe to play. When you
buy or recharge a Power Card, the credits are loaded onto it. The duration of
Power Cards varies depending on the skill of the player and the games played. A
general idea is: $10 = approx. 35 minutes of game play $20 = approx. 60 minutes
of game play $30 = approx. 90 minutes of game play
What do I need to do to book a birthday
Book Online Now or Contact a Planner and they'll put together a contract for
you. After reviewing it, just agree and pay online, email or call us with a $100
non-refundable deposit. We accept payment by credit card or cash. Then, invite
your Guests and we'll do the rest.
Can I hold an event space without a
In most cases, as a courtesy to you we can hold event space for 48 hours after
booking, depending upon event date. This gives you time to solidify the details
of your event. After 48 hours, a deposit is required to guarantee space for the
day of your event. Contact our party planner for details on courtesy holds based
on your specific event date.
What if some of my guests do not show
up? Do I still pay for them?
When booking a special event, we require a final headcount five (5) business
days prior to your event. You'll be charged for this final count or the number
of Guests in actual attendance, whichever is higher. Encourage your Guests to
RSVP and show up for the fun!
What happens if more guests arrive than
the contracted amount?
Seating is guaranteed for the numbers of Guests on the contract; however, we
will always do our best to accommodate extra guests. If your guest count
increases beyond the capacity of the assigned event area, other options are
subject to availability and are not guaranteed.
Do I have to provide food for adults
that attend my kids' birthday with their children?
Seating is provided based on kidsí birthday package count plus chaperone
requirement. Additional adult seating requires food service. For adults
attending, you can add them to your selected package, add certain activities or
food for them if you would like us to set up and accommodate adult guests.
Guests may also order off the regular restaurant menu.
The date or time that I need for my
child's birthday isn't available online. What are my options?
A limited amount of event space is available online. If you do not see the date
or time you are interested in, try choosing an alternate date or please call to
speak with our party planners at 845.429.8000!
How do I know if my event is confirmed?
Once you agree to the terms and conditions and pay your deposit, your event is
confirmed with us. You will receive a confirmation email as well as a phone call
from a party coordinator the week of your party.
How do I make changes to my event after
it is confirmed?
To make changes to your event after it is confirmed, please call or email your
party coordinator listed on your email confirmation. They will be happy to help
Can I cancel my event?
A non-refundable deposit is required to book your event online. If you need to
look into moving your event date or time, please contact your party coordinator
listed on your email confirmation and they will work with you to find
alternative dates. Parties cancelled the week of the event will forfeit their
deposit unless another party is booked in their respective time slot at which
point 50% of the deposit will be returned in form of a Break Point Bowl &
Entertainment gift card.
